The organizers of this annual event were looking for an event partner to cooperate with on a long-term basis and to establish the necessary roofing solutions in the shape of various tents and interior are equipment. We also emphasized the comprehensiveness of the services provided to cover the needs of 42,000 people who watch the movies shown at this festival.

Our solution

We provided a tailor-made concept suited to the film event needs to our customer. We showed him the option of renting our scissors tents and large size tents available in many sizes. Additionally, we focused on the tent interior area equipment paying respect to the required comprehensive services: consequently, we provided for the transport, for an assembly and dismantling by specialists as well as for the technical coordination during the event. The annually growing audience number goes hand in hand with a rise in the festival´s demands which is why our cooperation portfolio was widened from rental services to manufacturing personalized and tailor-made products. We are glad to see that this cooperation has become a real joy throughout the years and now we can't wait until the next year´s festival which certainly brings many interesting topics.
