Thanks to the good neighbourly relationships established with the administration of borough council Praha 4 where our headquarters are located, we started cooperating with the Praha-Libuš – Municipal Office as well. The fact that we´ve become acquainted with the customer´s needs throughout the previous years, results in an always clear idea regarding the implementation. As far as this event. is concerned, equipment for several so-called stations or workshops was required, such as refreshment stands, equipment for sports activities, furthermore chill-out zones and last but not least, equipment for the event partners.

Our solution

We even surpassed the expectations regarding posed by the customer from the state-administration sector. Apart from the fully-fledged and also furnished area we also rented our TKF Relax Zone, i.e. an area equipped with seat cushions and deckchairs to provide for a comfortable rest for all age categories among the visitors. For this event, we transported, assembled and dismantled 46 products, the tents covered a space of 130m2. The customer was again entirely satisfied with the entire project implementation and we are looking forward to the next year of our successful cooperation.
