The main TKF focus at the Burger fest was establishing a functional Relax zone which was to serve Lukáš Kvapil´s promo who is participating at the Africa Eco Race. We have been cooperating with Lukáš on a long-term basis supplying him with equipment at various events. Apart from this intention, the aim was to set up both an event and an area for the Woman for Woman charity we had have started to work with in the course of 2019. We established a link to the festival by highlighting the entrance and by creating a VIP-visitor area.

Our solution

We wanted to boost Lukáš Kvapil´s presentation to another level. Consequently, our choice was clear – inflatable tents which are both a modern as well as ideal chill-out zone element. Additionally, we equipped this area with a station where visitors had the option to try a tasty burger and afterwards, a great espresso and the fee was voluntary, a charity contribution. The donated money was given to the Woman for Woman charity project. We marked the entrance to the entire festival by an inflatable gate and placed our rental service products into the VIP zone.
