Payment Conditions
We are lending products against a bond, which serves as a kind of deposit. We will give you detailed information about the respective bond amount in the course of the calculation. We accept both cash payments and payment cards.
The Lessor is entitled to charge a cancellation fee when the ordered rent is cancelled less than 3 day prior to the rent itself. The cancellation fee amounts to 10 % of the rent price excluding VAT, yet at least CZK 800,- excluding VAT, unless it will have been provided for otherwise in the respective rent. The Lessee is obliged to immediately inform the Lessor if the rent he will have ordered is cancelled, if the date changes or if the scope changes, and he has to do so in writing, via mail or e-mail.
